The Guestlist feature allows your customers to sign up to the SLIDE Guestlist, where they are able to receive the offer/benefit you are providing as part of the SLIDE Guestlist.
The following details need to be setup:
- Total allocation: Set a maximum number of people that can make a SLIDE Guestlist reservation for the event (note: a reservation is not an attendee)
- Maximum per request: Set a maximum number of guests per guestlist reservation
- Sign up before: Set a time you want all guestlist reservations to be made by
- Arrive before: The time you want guestlist attendees to arrive by (in order for them to get in, receive the guestlist promotion etc)
- Guestlist terms & conditions: The guestlist description and details - the offer, the conditions etc.
Please see the guide on Guestlist Check-ins for info on managing SLIDE Guestlist attendees during your event. In order to check guests in on arrival you will need to print or have access to your QR code (accessible from your 'venue profile' page).
